Through umpteen iterations since its inception in 1963, the Nine Eleven reached its pinnacle with the 993. Considered by the cognoscenti as arguably the most beautiful of all the 911s, it is also notably the very last of the air cooled Porsches earning it a very special place in history.

Within the illustrious 993 range, from C2 right through to Turbo and RS, the S is without doubt the most stunning. It sports curvaceous wider hips, turbo front grille, and is the only model in the line-up with the distinctive and gorgeous twin rear grille.

This incredibly rare vehicle left Stuttgart not with the sluggish and antiquated Tiptronic gear box that the majority of the S models received, but with the ultra-desirable 6 Speed Manual box that makes this 993S a true driver’s car and an absolute joy for the enthusiast.

Inside you’ll find the Vesuvio trade-mark two-tone interior – a special issue for the Vesuvio launch colour… so of the period. You’ll also find the original stereo, a sunroof, and A/C climate control that blows icy cold.

The 3.6 litre flat six is of the more powerful “Varioram” variety. It has been serviced religiously with Porsche dealerships and Porsche accredited mechanics its entire life. All original books, folders and documents will be found in the glove box.
